Overall quiet and great hotel, I felt safe and secure!

The staff was helpful, offered to visit some nice places. Booked a room with balcony.

Spacious room which had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and a dining area. We had a really great time here and would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was clean, facilities were good, particularly good and magnificent location near to a lively area around Wilshire/Western. Pleasant and courteous staff, suggested places to visit.

Well, no restaurant.

Greatly enjoyed Los Angeles, the hotel was great and excellent close to everything. The setting was wonderful, close to restaurants in Koreatown, AirPort and universal studio's, and a nice area. I had coffee at Hwa Sun ji Tea and Coffee, located within 

Clean venue, marvellous and perfect location within 22 minutes' drive of Los Angeles International airport. The understanding and courteous staff and their attitude. Very comfy beds, new-fashioned rooms and clean bath.  

There was EXCELLENT food, the staff was very good and understanding. Great service was provided here.

The service was great, no complaints, it was just what we needed. The rooms were extremely spacious and updated, especially those with a kettle, balcony.
